Energy efficiency and seismic improvement works of the Ianni Condominium.
The building underwent a complex energy recovery and seismic improvement intervention as it was a building constructed in the 1970s. In particular, the technical choice was oriented to combine aesthetic performance with energy redevelopment through the creation of a ventilated façade in porcelain stoneware with interposed glass wool insulation, after blowing the cavities of the masonry with flakes of the same material, the upgrade of the heating plant and the replacement of the existing windows.
The collection used for the ventilated facade is Blackboard by Cerdisa, in its White and Mud colors. Blackboard is reminiscent of split-worked stone and gives the apartment building an elegant and contemporary look, while maintaining a natural and sophisticated touch. The combination of the two shades, White and Mud, creates a harmonious contrast that enhances the architecture of the building, giving depth and dynamism to the facade.
